What is Homebase Roleplay?
Homebase Roleplay, or Homebase RP, is a serious, economy-based GTA V roleplay server on FiveM. Jobs and the economy give you things to do without consuming your whole experience, and players interact with each other instead of navigating menus and paperwork.
How do I join Homebase Roleplay?
Get Grand Theft Auto V on PC, install FiveM from fivem.net, then join the Homebase Discord for access details and the rules. Our how to join page has the full guide.
Do I need to own GTA V?
Yes. FiveM requires a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PC from Steam, Epic Games or the Rockstar Games Launcher.
What is FiveM?
FiveM is a modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V that lets you play on custom multiplayer servers, including roleplay servers like Homebase.
What is roleplay (RP)?
Roleplay means playing a character in a shared, believable world and interacting with other players in character.
Do I need roleplay experience?
No. New players are welcome, and our beginner guide explains how to start. The Discord community can help with questions.
Is there pay-to-win?
No. There is no pay-to-win on Homebase.
Does Homebase have custom cars?
Yes. Homebase has more than 100 custom cars, plus custom liveries for job and emergency vehicles, including the police fleet.
What can criminals do on Homebase?
Criminals can pull off two-stage store robberies, house robberies and smash-n-grab thefts, steal catalytic converters, produce and sell various drugs and hire dealers who work through a burner phone.
What happens if my car breaks down?
Homebase has a custom NPC roadside mechanic. When your car breaks down, an NPC mechanic arrives and fixes it for you.
Is there racing on Homebase?
Yes. The racing circuit has a lap timer, and your best time is logged publicly in the Discord.
What can I do on the server?
Play fast-paced police roleplay, pull off robberies, deal various drugs, steal catalytic converters, create civilian stories and work in an evolving economy, plus dynamic sitting, an in-game camera and drone, quests and custom clothing.
Who makes Homebase Roleplay?
Homebase is a passion project by a solo developer who has played FiveM since 2018 and builds the server, backend, logging and staff tools together with its community.
Can I suggest features?
Yes. Homebase is built alongside the people who play it, and community feedback already influences development. Share ideas in the Discord.
How do I stream Homebase and show up on the Live page?
Stream on Twitch in the Grand Theft Auto V category and put Homebase, Homebase RP or homebaserp in your stream title. Your stream appears on the Live page within a minute or two.
